Managing workplace accommodations can be challenging. This training will equip HR staff with the knowledge and tools to effectively navigate requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant laws such as the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). 

Attendees will learn how to engage in a collaborative dialogue with employees to identify barriers and explore potential solutions through real-world ADA scenarios.
