Requests for alternate work arrangements including flexible schedule, remote work, and other arrangements have increased in number due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This webinar discusses the importance in distinguishing between a request for an Americans with Disabilities Act accommodation and an alternate work arrangement and responding appropriately.
