Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

TASB's annual Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is our flagship training conference designed to offer new and experienced school trustees a place to create their own learning journey.

Each year at SLI, we:

• Share key information with new board members
• Offer practical tips for newly elected board officers
• Provide experienced trustees with innovative practices and emerging trends

Our members have a choice to attend the SLI event that best fits their schedule and location preference – in San Antonio or Fort Worth. The two events are nearly identical in schedule, session offerings, and general session speakers.
