HR Bootcamp for Community Colleges

HR Bootcamp for Community Colleges is designed to strengthen HR knowledge and tackle common workforce challenges in higher education. This two-day training will cover key topics including FLSA compliance, leave and absence management, compensation, workplace accommodations, workers' compensation, and service records. Participants will gain practical tools, actionable strategies, and real-world guidance that can be implemented immediately on their campuses.

Whether you're a seasoned HR veteran or a new recruit to the profession, this bootcamp will help you build confidence, enhance compliance, and add valuable tools to your HR toolkit. Attendees will also have the opportunity to test their knowledge and get answers to challenging scenarios during our interactive "Stump the Expert" session.

Topics and content in this workshop are applicable to community colleges only.

Fee: $225/person (group rates are not available)

This workshop will take place from 8:30-11:30am CDT each day with different content covered in each session. The workshop will not be recorded.
