TASB Legal Services’ Timeline for Budget-Tax Rate Adoption and VATRE legal resource has recently been updated to reflect due dates in the 2025 budget and tax rate adoption process and is now available in TASB School Law eSource (TASB login required). The uniform election day in 2024 was November 5, 2024. This year the uniform election day will be November 4, 2025. Therefore, all budget and tax deadlines that are tied to this date have been updated.
