The Educator Misconduct Reporting Dashboard provides public information about educator misconduct reports to support student safety and strengthen accountability.

Required by Senate Bill 571 of the 89th Texas Legislature, the interactive dashboard displays:

  • Volume of all misconduct reports received
  • Volume of active educator misconduct investigations
  • Volume of State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) sanction cases
  • Number of individuals placed on the Do Not Hire Registry, including temporary placements

Visit the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Educator Investigations in Texas webpage for more information and to view the dashboard.
