The Texas Education Agency (TEA) recently published the Texas School Leaders Guide to Child Abuse, Neglect, Misconduct, and Human Trafficking Prevention and Mandatory Reporting Requirements.

This guide provides school teams information helpful for recognizing the signs of trafficking and abuse, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and creating safer, more supportive environments for all students.

Download the Texas School Leaders Guide to Child Abuse, Neglect, Misconduct, and Human Trafficking Prevention and Mandatory Reporting Requirements on TEA’s Educator Misconduct & Investigations webpage.
