Demographics Dashboard Now Available in the HR Library
TASB HR Services has created a new tool, the Demographics Dashboard, which is now available to download from the HR Library (member login required).
The tool allows users to upload employee and student demographics and displays results graphically to assist in the evaluation of diversity at the educational organization, allowing analysis by each campus.
