What Is the Student Code of Conduct? 

State law requires a school board to adopt and publicize a student code of conduct each year. The code outlines the consequences for major disciplinary infractions.  

Up-To-Date Guidance 

TASB Policy Service issues updates to the Model Student Code of Conduct, available in both English and Spanish, every two years after each regular session of the Texas Legislature.
