TEA: Counselor Work Time FAQs
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides Counselor Work Time FAQs reminding districts of the Annual Assessment of School District Compliance Concerning Counseling Public School Students and what is required.
TEA notes that several FAQs relating to the 80/20 policy described in Texas Education Code (TEC) § 33.006 and Texas Administrative Code (TAC) § 78.1003 have been added and revised.
