Stipend Survey Data Now Available
Data from the 2024-2025 Extra-Duty Stipend Survey is now available in TASB HRDataSource™.
Survey responses were collected from 507 participating districts. This year’s participation was down slightly from a trend of high participation since 2021, but still holding strong.
Accessing the Data
To view Extra-Duty Stipend data, log in to HRDataSource, click “Salary and FTE Reports,” choose “Athletic, Performing Arts, and Academic Stipends,” then select the criteria for your report. The report will display in your browser, and you can download it in Excel or as a PDF.
Information on Our Other Surveys
The HR Surveys launched in January and are due on February 11. Data is expected to be available in late March. This survey covers HR department, contracts, teacher and substitute practices, benefits and leaves, and vacancies and strategic staffing. Kyla Brandenberg
Kyla Brandenberg joined the HR Services team in 2024. Before joining TASB, she worked in public education as a middle school teacher. She assists with the analysis of salary and employee survey data and provides analytical support for consulting services.
Brandenberg attended Iowa State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in education.
