HR Surveys Data Now Available

Data from the 2023-2024 TASB HR Surveys is now available in TASB HRDataSource™.

We had a notable increase in participation this year with 520 completed surveys, compared to 397 last year and 415 in 2021-2022.

Please note individual HR Survey reports have fewer responses in the current reports. This is due to data clarifications still pending that prevented the data from being posted.

Reports cover the following topics:

• HR Department (staff, HR responsibilities, HRIS)
• Contracts (superintendent, teacher, and administrator/professional)
• Teacher & Substitute Practices (professional development, dual credit, CTE, supplemental/summer, substitutes, game workers)
• Benefits & Leaves (health insurance, supplemental benefits, leaves)

To view HR Surveys data, log in to HRDataSource, select HR Reports, then choose the topic and district criteria for your report. The report will display in your browser and can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format.

A PDF summary of results for the Vacancies and Strategic Staffing section will be sent in late April to districts that responded to this survey section. That data will be added to HRDataSource in the summer to allow report filtering.
