We are ready to kick off the HR Mentorship Connection for the 2026-2027 school year!

This program pairs HR professionals who are newer to the field with experienced mentors who can offer guidance, share expertise, and serve as a trusted resource for navigating school HR matters.

Roles

HR Services is accepting applications for both mentors and mentees for the program.

Mentors are experienced HR professionals who will serve as consultants, advisors, and encouragers, providing support and sharing their knowledge when questions arise.

Mentees are individuals who are new to HR and want to build a professional connection, expand their HR knowledge, and gain insight from someone who understands the unique challenges of working in Texas public school HR.

Join the HR Mentorship Connection

Whether you are an experienced HR professional interested in giving back or someone looking for guidance and support as you grow in your HR role, we encourage you to participate.
