Getting Ready for Survey Season
HR Services is pleased to offer new and updated resources that organizations can use to prepare for upcoming salary and HR surveys.
TASB HR Services’ administers several surveys during the school year, including the TASB/TASA Superintendent Salary Survey, District Personnel/Teacher Salary Survey, Community College Salary Survey, Extra-Duty Stipend Survey, and HR Surveys.
Data from these surveys can be found in TASB HRDataSource™ and is available for members to run customized comparison reports.
The Importance of Submitting Surveys
Participation in HR Services’ surveys benefits not only your district or college but also other participating entities. The higher the statewide completion rate, the more accurate and representative the data.
At a high level, participation in surveys allows entities to make strategic, data-driven decisions and set competitive pay and benefits to attract and retain talent.
For members engaged in compensation projects with HR Services, completing salary surveys on time ensures data is current and project completion dates don’t have to be pushed out.
More about how public schools and HR Services use survey data can be found in the HRX article From Data to Decisions: How Salary Survey Participation Benefits Texas Schools.
