Compensation Plan Templates Available in HR Library
TASB HR Services has made available two compensation plan templates in the HR Library—one for ISDs and ESCs, and one for community colleges.
The templates can be downloaded and customized for your organization and include sections covering:
- Pay structures
- Stipends and extracurricular duty pay
- Incentives and performance pay
- Summer school and supplemental pay
- Other compensation information
The incentives and performance pay section provides basic language to guide payment of funds under the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), should your district hire a designated teacher. The verbiage can be customized to match your district’s plan for paying TIA funds.

Amy Campbell
Amy Campbell joined HR Services in 2012. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, including 19 years as an HR consultant for school districts and other public sector organizations.
Campbell has a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) and has received the professional human capital leader in education certification (pHCLE).
