TASB HR Services has updated the webinar Best Practices for Recruiting Quality Staff to include strategies to meet the challenges of recruiting during an educator shortage.

The new recording, which runs approximately an hour and a half, guides administrators through the process of developing a cost-effective recruiting plan to address district needs. Topics covered include:
