Our district was closed during the recent winter storm. How do we handle pay for the time we were closed?

Several issues need to be considered when addressing pay and leave time, such as the length of the closure, the employee’s exemption status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Policy DEA(LOCAL).
