The board president and the superintendent must work together to coordinate effectively the work of the board with the work of the superintendent. The quality of the coordination will impact how well both entities accomplish their shared and individual missions. This short course is designed to provide useful tips and communication tools to foster a meaningful working relationship between the board president and the superintendent.
