Board Team Dynamics
Recognizing the various factors influencing the board team dynamics - and learning how to embrace differences as strengths - can foster success for the board team and the district. This course will teach you how to build team dynamics that serve rather than hinder board development. You’ll learn to evaluate potential conflicts within the board team and understand how to address them.
