After every legislative session, TASB Legal Services provides a post-legislative seminar for Texas Council of School Attorneys (CSA) members to discuss new legislation that impacts school districts, including:
- Budget and finance
- Liability
- Personnel
- Student issues
- Accountability
- Elections
- Purchasing and construction
- Governance
Continuing Legal Education credit will be offered for this activity, pending approval by the Minimum Continuing Legal Education Committee of the State Bar.
Post-Legislative Seminar attendance is limited to Texas Council of School Attorneys members.
