The annual School Health and Related Services (SHARS) Conference happens each year in late spring. Join other SHARS professionals from across Texas in shaping the future of Medicaid billing.

The SHARS Conference is FREE for eligible Texas school district and education service center staff and $100 for staff of other entities.

Attending the SHARS Conference will give you the opportunity to:

  • Discuss SHARS/Medicaid billing updates and best practices
  • Learn from experts
  • Take part in fun networking events with peers
  • Connect with professionals during small group sessions
  • Earn continuing education credits 

30th Annual SHARS Conference and Road Shows

Join us for the 30th Annual School Health and Related Services (SHARS) 2024 Conference on May 9th – May 10th. Come together with fellow professionals and industry experts to delve into compelling discussions on current trends, acquire best practices, and stay informed about the latest developments in the School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program. 

We are offering two in-person trainings on Tuesday, April 9th, and Monday, May 20. The content being covered in-person will differ from what is offered virtually.
