HR Services has developed a collection of more than 200 model job descriptions designed to be edited and revised to accurately reflect local job assignments, qualifications, and working conditions.
Located in the HR Services Resource Library, the Model Job Descriptions provide resource material related to the development of a wide variety of job descriptions, including administrative, instructional, and auxiliary staff. The models are intended for resource purposes only and are designed to be adapted.

TASB HR Services supports HR leadership with a singular mission to meet school districts’ unique needs for human capital information, data, and guidance.
TASB Active Membership
Active Members consist of the boards of Texas public school districts and education service centers. They have voting privileges in the Association and may participate in all of TASB's services.
