With more than a third of Americans using Facebook Marketplace, the tech giant is working to improve the content making up its job search function, according to a news release from the company.
In the release, Facebook stated its plans to add more professional-level jobs by adding content from direct employers through a variety of applicant tracking systems.
A few other key takeaways from Facebook’s announcement include:
