A new HR Services webinar, Introducing the New Special Education Competency Worksheet, is now available on demand (member login required).

Texas school districts will begin using the Texas Content Competency Worksheet for Special Education Teachers of Record for teachers who do not hold a content certification, effective September 1, 2025. The High Objective Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE) will no longer be available for use after August 31, 2025. In this webinar, we show a comparison of the new worksheet to HOUSSE, break down the sections of the new worksheet, and provide helpful scenarios.

A complete list of our webinars, available to HR Services members at no cost, can be found on the TASB Training and Events page.
