Coming Soon: Improved Update My Information Experience

Coming in mid-November! We’re updating the Update My Information experience. “The new and improved ‘Update My Information’ functionality will provide our members with an easy-to-use interface to update key contact information and help us ensure our member data is up to date,” said Laurie Williams, TASB’s chief data and information officer.

You’ll still be able to securely review and update eligible contact and demographic information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, demographic information, and more.

In addition, you will be able to more easily customize your communication preferences.

Keeping your information current helps TASB maintain accurate contact information and communicate with you using the methods you prefer. We suggest you wait until this feature launches on Nov. 14 to update your information.

After the Experience Launches: Action Needed

After the updated experience launches in mid-November, the next time you sign in to tasb.org or tasbcolleges.org, you’ll be prompted to confirm that your account details are accurate and update anything that has changed before continuing to the content you were trying to access.

Reminder that signing in to your TASB account gives you access to member-only resources and information available specifically to TASB members. Your TASB account helps you take full advantage of the resources available through your membership. If you don’t have access to your original welcome email or remember your password, click Log In in the top-right of the screen, and then click Forgot Password to reset your password.

Updating your information will allow TASB to continue to provide you with valuable communications and services.
