United ISD Names Lone Finalist
On July 17, the United ISD Board of Trustees named Gerardo Cruz as the lone finalist for the position of superintendent. Cruz currently serves as assistant superintendent in Laredo ISD.
The United ISD board is scheduled to vote to hire Cruz after the 21-day waiting period required by state law.
