The Texas Education Agency (TEA) introduced a new website dedicated to Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) updates and information.

The 2019–2020 list of allotment amounts by campus and designation are published to the TIA website. TEA has listed the criteria for which districts qualify as rural as well as which campuses will be assigned the district average student point value and rural status, pending rule.

The 2020–2021 list of approved TIA technical assistance providers is also included on the TIA website, although districts are not limited to using providers on the list. HR Services is an approved technical assistance provider in most areas of specialty.

For more information on the topic, check out TEA’s website as well as the new TIA Texas website.
