Davis Elected to Interim Position on State Association Board

Austin— The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Board of Directors has elected Dynette Davis of Frisco ISD to an interim position on the TASB Board, representing TASB Region 10, Position E.

In 2020, Davis was elected to the Frisco ISD Board, where she is currently serving in her second year as board president.

She is the founder and CEO of Dymensions Educational Consulting LLC and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education. She has served as a teacher, university professor, mentor, curriculum developer, and teacher leader for both the private and public school sectors.

Davis earned her bachelor’s and master’s from DePaul University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in higher educational leadership at Concordia University. She has also earned a Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate from Cornell University.

She is also actively involved in volunteering for the community, including serving on the boards of the Texas Health Community Impact Leadership Council and Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County. Davis is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and the Omega Alpha Omega Chapter in Frisco.
