New Stipend Survey Data Available in TASB HRDataSource
Data from the 2022 TASB Extra-Duty Stipend Survey is now available in TASB HRDataSource™.
To view Extra-Duty Stipend Survey data, log in to TASB HRDataSource, click Salary and FTE Reports, choose Athletic, Performing Arts, and Academic Stipends, then select the criteria for your report. The report will display in your browser, and you can download in PDF or Excel.
Participation was strong this year, with 570 total surveys received — up 9 percent from last year. Some of those still have data questions pending, so data for about 530 districts have been posted to TASB HRDataSource. We will release additional districts’ data later in February as answers are finalized.
Added Stipends this Year
This year we collected preliminary data on several additional coaching stipends. This expanded our stipend list to include a 9th/junior varsity option for all team sports and an assistant coach for all individual sports. Each were reported by 11 to 50 percent of responding districts. We anticipate adding these to reports in HRDataSource next year.
