New Compensation Resources

TASB HR Services has added three new documents to the HR Library (member login required) for managing compensation challenges.

The Pay Procedures Template may be used by districts to document pay processes. The template form can be downloaded and reviewed by districts to ensure content is aligned with processes that are established or intended. The template includes blanks and optional text that can be adjusted based on a district’s specific needs.

To support requests for reclassifications, the HR Library now includes Job Reclassification General Guidelines as well as a Job Reclassification Review Request. These resources can help HR staff manage requests for job reclassification reviews, as well as provide insights into the process.
