The 2023 updates to the Model Employee Handbook and the Community College Model Employee Handbook are now available to TASB HR Services members.
The district and community college handbook updates include a new topic for the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). Edits were made to existing topics to include information on the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections (PUMP) Act, payroll overpayments, and no call/no show procedures.
The Community College handbook also includes information on intellectual property.
