HR Services Model Employee Handbooks Updated
The 2026 district and community college Model Employee Handbooks are now available online.
The May update for districts includes two new topics:
- Prohibition on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Prohibited Classroom Instruction
The community college update also includes two new topics:
- Prohibition on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Severance Pay
Both handbooks include editorial changes to ensure the text accurately reflects policy and legal provisions.
