The Family and Medical Leave Tracker, a customizable tool developed by TASB HR Services, is now available for members in the HR Library.
There are many different methods for tracking and managing Family and Medical Leave (FML), including using existing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or manually tracking with a spreadsheet. Districts have access to sophisticated tracking tools, but they can be costly.
Our tracker provides school districts a way to effectively manage FML and ensure processes are followed for each employee leave event. The tool accounts for specific district holidays, tracks individual employees, and includes built-in reports.
