Letters to Parents Regarding COVID-19 Diagnosis or Exposure

TASB HR Services created two new sample letters to parents or guardians regarding COVID-19 diagnosis or exposure.

The HR Library (my TASB login required) now includes:

• Letter to Student At Risk of Exposure to COVID-19
• Letter to Student Reporting Diagnosis of or Exposure to COVID-19

Additionally, updates have been made to employee notifications, including:

• Letter to Employee Diagnosed with or Exposed to COVID-19
• Letter to Employee or Individual At Risk of Exposure to COVID-19.
