Bachelor's Degrees Aren't the Only Pathway to Good Jobs

If you want a job that pays at least $35,000 to 25–44-year-olds or $45,000 to workers ages 45–64, a bachelor's degree is still your best route.

But a report from The 74 Million found other pathways, like associates degrees and certifications, are producing more opportunities to get quality jobs than they did 30 years ago. Middle-skills pathways make up almost a quarter of good jobs and high school pathways account for 20 percent, as of 2016.

Visit The 74 Million website for more details on different pathways to better jobs.
