Best Practices for Parental Notification Regarding Violent Activity
State law requires districts to notify parents of bomb threats, terroristic threats, violent activity, or an investigation of violent activity. TASB Policy Service recommends that districts develop administrative regulations on this matter, and we have sample regulations to help.
