Finding HR Services’ Model Job Descriptions
As our members continue to acclimate to the new website, we’ve noted that some still require assistance finding the HR Services model job descriptions.
The model job descriptions are found in the HR Services Resource Library and are arranged into collections based on job category. To access them, follow these steps:
- Log in to tasb.org or tasbcolleges.org, as appropriate.
- Select HR Services Resource Library from the Resources drop-down menu.
- Click the Get Job Descriptions button in the Model Job Descriptions featured tile OR select Job Descriptions from the Resource Types filter list on the left side of the screen.
- From here you can either:
- Type the name of the specific job title into the search bar and hit enter or click the magnifying glass. If the title is found, the job description collection tile housing that job description will appear. Click the tile to access the file.
- Click on the collection tile which contains the type of job description(s) sought and scan the list of available options. Use the sort dropdown menu to arrange the list in alphabetical order.
- Click the title of the desired job description. The file will download as a Word document.
