Continue to Use Current Form I-9
Employers should continue to use the current version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, until further notice.
The Department of Homeland Security will publish a Federal Register notice to announce the new version of Form I-9 when it becomes available. The current version, which employers should continue to use, is set to expire on October 31, 2022.
