How ConnectED Texas Works
TASB exclusive provider, Diamond Communications assesses cellular service in your area and evaluates the potential for improving connectivity, including checking your property for potential build sites. Then, Diamond Communications coordinates with the cellular carriers to determine if there is a match with one of your properties. If a carrier commitment is obtained, subject to the terms of the specific agreement, Diamond Communications would arrange for the construction, operation, and maintenance of carrier wireless infrastructure on your property at no cost to you. You keep ownership of the land, may earn lease revenue from any third-party owned wireless infrastructure on your land, and benefit from cell service improvements.
Participation is subject to eligibility based on a connectivity analysis, carrier commitment, and execution and terms of applicable agreements.
