Remember: Timely adoption of your localized updates is important to ensure that your manual reflects current law.

Please note: On February 14, 2023, Policy Service emailed to district superintendents and policy contacts the Policy EFB(LOCAL): Library Materials Policy Alert. The deadline to have revisions to the EF policy series adopted and published online was March 15, 2024. If you district has not submitted any information to Policy Service regarding policy EFB(LOCAL), recommended revisions will be included in the update.

Regulations Resource Manual (RRM) Update 69 will be available later in the summer. This RRM update will include revisions to model regulations and forms corresponding with Update 123.

District superintendents, administrative professionals, and policy contacts will receive an email from Policy Service when the revised RRM is online.
