Description: Once schools begin to provide distance learning opportunities to any students, the duty to provide special education services to students with disabilities under the IDEA arises. Likewise, schools have a similar duty to provide services to students with disabilities who qualify for services only under Section 504. In this complimentary webinar, Texas trustees and school staff can hear from experienced legal professionals as they address the many questions regarding evaluation issues and offer practical suggestions and guidance to help school districts continue to serve students with disabilities.
