Kristi Clark, Lead Attorney

Kristi ClarkKristi Clark returned to TASB Legal Services in September 2015. Kristi works closely with Policy Service, regularly updating Legal policies and reviewing district’s unique local policies. She also writes articles and training materials and speaks on elections; school finance; and school business, including budget and tax issues.

Kristi graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She received her law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining TASB, Kristi practiced civil litigation.

Kristi is a member of the State Bar of Texas school law section, the Texas Council of School Attorneys, and the National Council of School Attorneys. She comes from a long line of educators. Her father was a community college president and her grandmother, aunt, mother, and sister were all teachers. Kristi is passionate about fitness and nutrition, traveling, and spending time with family.
