Jacy Selcoe, Staff Attorney

Jacy joined TASB Legal Services as a staff attorney in October 2023.

Before joining TASB, Jacy was an attorney with the Texas Legislative Council providing nonpartisan legal guidance and legislative drafting to members of the Texas Legislature related to legislative documents affecting school, business, insurance, or civil law. 

Jacy attended the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with high honors as a Chancellor-at-Large in May 2016. While in law school, Jacy was a member of the Texas Law Review, participated in the Immigration Clinic, and authored a note published in the Texas Law Review related to volunteer liability in the medical profession. Prior to law school, Jacy attended the University of Maryland, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in history.
