About TASB HRDataSource™

HRDataSource is available to TASB HR Services members. As a member, you have on-demand access to create customized salary comparison reports.

Member-only access

HRDataSource is accessible to members via Member Center. Log in using the TASB login box on the right side of this page. Then click My Account, scroll to My Services, and select HRDataSource.

Reports can be run based on member selections of ESC, enrollment or UIL (depending on survey), district or college name. They can be viewed on-screen or downloaded to PDF or Excel.

Salary Survey Reports

Create and download custom job market reports of school district data on:

Superintendent base pay, benefits, and allowances;
Teacher average salaries, starting pay by experience, teaching stipends, and substitute pay;
Benchmark job duty days, pay ranges, and salaries (administrator, professional, clerical, paraprofessional, and auxiliary); and
Extra-duty stipend amounts and practices.

Create and download custom job market reports of community college data on:

Faculty average salaries, starting pay by degree, additional pay, and part-time faculty; and
Benchmark job duty days, pay ranges, and salaries (administrator, professional, and classified).
