HR Operations Review
Identifying strategic improvements
Experienced HR professionals will conduct an operational review of the human resources department. The purpose of the review is to identify opportunities and strategies to improve processes and procedures resulting in a more effective and efficient operation of the HR department. Each review is uniquely planned and customized to meet the needs of the district. It can be focused on compliance, strategic issues, or both.

Consultants will interview HR department and other staff, including administrators, principals, and department supervisors. Consultants also will review HR policies and process documentation, review online tools and applications, and compare HR staffing and organization to peer districts.
HR Services will provide the district with a final report that furnishes district leaders with benchmarking data, objective insights, and practical suggestions based on best practices. The report includes a detailed analysis of opportunities available to drive future improvements and an implementation chart to organize and prioritize recommendations.
