• Compensation Services: Professional compensation consultants provide customized pay studies and support services.
• Employee Opinion Surveys: HR Services staff develop, administer, and report on employee surveys to assess climate, turnover factors, and job satisfaction.
• HR Operations Review: Professional HR consultants advise districts on the organization and effectiveness of department staffing and human resource operations by conducting a comprehensive on-site review.
• Staffing Review: Professional HR consultants examine class loads and schedules and compare staffing to peer districts and state data. We then develop suggestions to achieve optimal staffing efficiency and effectiveness.
