About HR Services
In 1984, TASB launched Human Resources (HR) Services to support school districts’ growing needs for information, data, and guidance. Our mission is to support HR leadership in Texas public schools. We are a fee-based membership program offering specialized training, consulting, and other services. Membership eligibility is limited to educational entities that are active members of TASB (public school districts and education service centers), open-enrollment charter schools that are affiliate members of TASB, and community colleges that are associate members of TASB.

Annual subscription fees provide members with access through myTASB to an online library of reference information, model forms, handbooks, job descriptions, and TASB HRDataSource™. HRDataSource provdes online access to survey data and the ability to create custom benchmarking reports on pay, benefits, policies, and practices. Additional consulting services, training events, and publications are available to members at reduced prices.
