Numbered Updates

Community colleges with local board policy manuals maintained by TASB Community College Services receive two major policy updates—called "numbered updates" because they are numbered sequentially—per year. These updates respond to changes in state and federal law, court cases, and decisions by attorneys general.

Updates contain both statutory legal changes and TASB's suggestions for the college’s local policies. Each update packet is uniquely tailored to the individual college based on TASB's records of the college’s policies.*
