4–5 p.m. Pre-event release: Governance sessions (Camp Breakouts)
Kickstart your days of learning with access to governance focused content released to registered attendees before the official start of Camp. Credit will be awarded.

Standout Session
6–7:30 p.m. Old Games and New Learning (Main Stage)
Remember playing board games and thinking you mastered the strategy for winning? During this interactive session, participants will play a board game about life where “winning” is more than rolling the dice. Join this eye-opening learning experience, where leveling the playing field is not always the right answer. This special event is provided live and is not recorded. Credit will be awarded for participation.

7:30–8:30 p.m. Learning Lounges (Lounges)
Learning Lounges are provided exclusively live and are not recorded. This scheduled event makes it easy to contribute your ideas and learn from others. Credit will be awarded for participating in the hour discussion.

    Bring along your popcorn for this family-friendly play, written, and produced by students. The play will only be available during two scheduled times on the Main Stage and not available during the On-Demand access period. Credit will be awarded. (Showing 1 of 2)

8–9 a.m. General Session: Student Scholarship Panel (Main Stage)
Gov Camp's highlight event has been the High School Senior scholarship and panel discussion since it's debut 10 years ago. The student scholarship is sponsored by Walsh Gallegos Trevino Russo & Kyle P.C. You will undoubtedly be inspired and encouraged by these young minds. Credit will be awarded.

9:15–10:15 a.m. Student Voice Sessions (Camp Breakouts)
Rethink what you know about Stu Voice with insights from student thought leaders. These breakout sessions will only be available during the scheduled time and not available during the On-Demand access period. Credit will be awarded.

9:30–10:30 a.m. Governance Sessions (Camp Breakouts)
These Governance focused presentations are prerecorded and released at a scheduled date and time. Registered attendees have access to the self-paced content through April 6, 2021. Credit will be awarded.

10:45–11:45 a.m. Student Voice Sessions (Camp Breakouts)
Gov Camp believes we cannot create the leaders of tomorrow without letting them lead today. Attendees will hear breakout sessions presented by student thought leaders. These breakout sessions will only be available during the scheduled time and not available during the On-Demand access period. Credit will be awarded.

Noon–1 p.m. Brown Bag Lunch (Lounges)
Bring your lunch with you and connect with like-minded attendees in one of these fun lunch chatrooms. Topics will vary widely, from having a green thumb to sharing your favorite podcast or outdoor sports like hiking and golfing. This hour event is your opportunity to visit with old friends and make new ones. No credit awarded.

1–2 p.m.

  • Student Voice Sessions (Camp Breakouts)
    Hear from today's student thought leaders to better understand students' wants and needs when making important decisions. These breakout sessions will only be available during the scheduled time and not available during the On-Demand access period. Credit will be awarded.

2:15–3:15 p.m. Student Interviews with TASB Talks Podcast (Main Stage)
The TASB Talks podcast brings you Texas education experts from across the industry. This year at Camp, watch an interview with three young people vested in Stu Voice as they share how having few, if any, teachers or district staff that looked like them impacted their K-12 experience and what they’re doing to change that.

8–11:45 a.m. COVID-19: Back to the future (Main Stage)
Saturday’s program will focus on the challenges of educating our students through the unique circumstances of COVID-19, innovative solutions from school leaders, and future forecasts from various industry experts. TASB’s Governmental Relations will provide an update on the legislative session.
