Governance Camp 2020 Conference Registration

Preregistration for Governance Camp (formerly Winter Governance Seminar) closed on Friday, February 14. Attendees may register on site at the conference by completing an onsite registration form (doc) and bringing it to the Galveston Convention Center.

Registration fee - $395

Pick the schedule that works best for you and pay just one all-inclusive registration fee of $395.

The new revised schedule offers additional learning opportunities, including a preconference session on Wednesday and the required SB 1566 training on Saturday.

*If someone is not attending Governance Camp and would like to attend just the SB 1566 training, they may register for SB 1566 on Saturday for a fee of $75.

Registration cancellation - new policy

All registrations must be prepaid by check, credit card or include a district purchase order. If you register but are unable to attend, the following terms will apply:

  1. A registrant may cancel the registration and receive a refund, less $50, if the notification of cancellation reaches the Association by Wednesday, February 12, 2020 (14 days before the event).
  2. Beginning Thursday, February 13, no refunds will be provided, but substitutions will be permitted for eligible persons.
  3. No-shows will not be refunded.

The Registration Coordinator may edit, cancel or make name substitutions through the registration system, accessible online through the event registration webpage.

If the Association must cancel the event, the Association will refund registrations in full, but will
not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation,
lodging, and meal costs) sustained by the registrant.
